The No-Hassle Rental

Backyard Bash offers the Kansas City Metro some of the best commercial grills and smokers on the market as rental units. The rental prices of all our grills include two days of rental! That means you could pick your grill up on a Friday and keep it until Sunday. Plus, Backyard Bash only requires that you empty the ashes and grease from the grill before returning it to ensure safe transport. We do the rest of the dirty work when it comes back to us. From catering grills to 7-foot pull-behinds, we’ve got the grill to suit you! All pull-behind grills require a two-inch ball mount for towing.

BRMC Classic Cooker Club Grill Jr.
Four stainless steel burners create the Classic Cooker Club Grill JR’s 17” X 32.5” grill space, perfect for preparing food for a small gathering. GENERAL RENTAL POLICIES

A valid drivers license and a credit card are required for all rental equipment unless other provisions are agreed upon. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation with balance due upon pick-up or return and inspection of equipment. Ash and excess grease must be removed prior to return or a $25 cleaning charge will apply.

Renter is required to sign a rental contract prior to delivery or pickup of rental items.

For security, identification and insurance purposes, a photocopy of a valid driver’s license and a record of vehicle license plate is necessary for certain items picked up by renter. No one ounder the age of 21 will be allowed to tow trailer grills behind a vehicle.

Canceling of reservations must be done 7 days prior to reserved date. The 50% deposit described above will be retained by Backyard Bash on reservations cancelled within this 7-day period.

Canceling of reservations for the 2008 American Royal BBQ Competition must be done 2 weeks prior to the reserved date, at the latest. The 50% deposit described above will be retained by Backyard Bash on reservations cancelled within this 2 week period.

Items requested less than 7 days prior to an event may incur late booking fees.

Rental charges apply whether equipment is used or not. No refunds will be given.

Renter is responsible for rental items during the rental period including damages, loss or theft.

Delivery pricing, whether included or quoted separately, is based on first floor delivery. Additional charges may apply for other than first floor delivery.

Will call rentals will be accommodated based on availability and delivery scheduling.

Backyard Bash reserves the right to refuse rental sevice to anyone based on policies or security reasons.

All rates are based on 2-day rental, unless otherwise noted.
