Finger “Lickin” Good Pork Tenderloin

PorkTenderloinUsing the new Lickins BBQ products, now available at Backyard Bash, Jay livened up pork tenderloins at the store last Saturday! He chose the Lickins Cinnamon Raspberry Chipotle Rub and Wild BBQ Sauce and created a flavorful dish perfect for your next dinner gathering!

Ingredients

Two pork tenderloins (trim silver skin)
Lickins Raspberry Cinnamon Chipotle Rub
Lickins Wild BBQ Sauce
Rice vinegar

Instructions

  • Rub tenderloins with light coat of oil
  • Sprinkle with a generous amount of Lickins Raspberry Cinnamon Chipotle Rub and put in fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • Mix 3 parts Lickins sauce with one part rice vinegar to use as basting/glazing sauce.
  • Grill or smoke until internal temperature reaches 145.
  • Grilling – Direct grill to sear all sides and finish over indirect fire. Baste every 10-15 minutes until done with a coating just before taking from grill.
  • Smoking – Smoke as usual. Baste only for the last 15 minutes to prevent glazing sauce from picking up too much smoke.
  • Slice and enjoy.
