Backyard Bash has been asked to take part in the Harley Davidson plant open house on September 5th and 6th from 8am - 4pm! We’ll have grills and smokers to show off, we’ll be demonstrating trimming briskets and injecting pork butts, and we’ll have more than a little BBQ to sample. 10:30am: Brisket and Butts ready to sample.
11am - 2pm: Raw brisket and butt preparation demo.
2:30pm: Whole hog preparation demo.

Saturday, Sept. 6th

10am: Brisket and Butts ready to sample.
10am - 1pm: Serve whole hog.
11am - 2pm: Raw brisket and butt preparation demo.
