Slabs Sticky Sweet N’ Spicy Chicken Wings
Contributor: Stephanie Wilson, Tom & Josh’s Orgasmic Slabs BBQ
4 pounds chicken wings (split and discard wing tip)
1 small bottle of your favorite hot sauce
4 TB of Slabs Wow Up Your Cow Beef Rub
1 Bottle of Slabs Complete Your Meat BBQ Sauce
The evening before grilling, place wings, hot sauce and rub in a ziploc bag and seal. “Roll” items in bag to evenly distribute ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Get your grill ready for indirect grilling (coals on one side of the grill). Remove wings from bag and place on the hot side of the grill. After grilling to achieve color, place wings on cool side of grill. Baste with sauce on both sides of chicken, repeat three times at 15 minute intervals. Remove wings from grill, plate and enjoy!
